Damage or staining caused by customer negligence does not qualify for exchanges or returns. Exchanges and returns are not possible after the product has been used.
Care Instructions
Please refrain from cleaning and full washing of the sneakers as they may be deformed; various materials are intricately connected through stitching and adhesives.
Be careful when wearing the sneakers on slippery surfaces (i.e. wet, icy, mossy, tiled, or covered with fallen leaves).
Please be cautious when wearing these sneakers with white or light-colored socks or clothing as staining may occur due to water, sweat, or friction.
Avoid wearing the product in oily areas or places where it might be exposed to open flames, as it may catch fire or be deformed.
