ENGINE NO.11 is the third Artist Edition presented by SEVEN EIGHT UNDER in collaboration with artist NOVO.

The number 11 refers to the two human legs — what NOVO saw as the most human engine, the force that carries us forward.

The rib-like structure and curved spine applied to the shoe trace back to a single moment: after sustaining an injury while

running, the artist came face to face with his own body through an X-ray.

By incorporating the traces of injury into the design, ENGINE NO.11 reflects the process of moving again and slowly returning

to the rhythm of everyday life.

It is a sneaker that carries a journey of injury, recovery, and the quiet act of continuing forward.
